Transferring your domain registration form current registrar means management of the domain name, including renewing it, will be done through REG.am.
Make sure that administrative mailbox is yours, because for transfer you need to accept an email, which will send your current registrar to that mailbox.
Tip: Don't you remember which registrar was used? Look it up in the public WHOIS.
