Dear Clients,

Our infrastructure is currently experiencing a large-scale distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack targeting parts of our network.

As a result, some services may experience temporary instability, packet loss, increased latency, or intermittent accessibility issues while mitigation procedures are being applied.

Our network and security teams are actively working with upstream providers and mitigation systems to minimize the impact and maintain service availability.

At this time:
• No customer data has been compromised
• This is a network-layer attack affecting connectivity and service availability only
• Additional filtering and mitigation measures are being deployed continuously

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this incident. Further updates will be provided as the situation evolves.
